Abstract submission

Instructions for submitters:

  • All abstracts must be submitted online through the Abstract Submission Form.
  • Scientific abstracts may not exceed 300 words (title not included) and must contain the sections: Purpose - Materials and Methods - Results - Conclusion.
  • Do NOT use upper case for the abstract title. Upper case should only be used for the first word of the title and acronyms.
  • Only abstracts submitted in English and complying with the requirements will be considered for acceptance.
  • The deadline for abstract submission is June 6th, 2012. Abstracts will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
  • We kindly ask that your co-authors review and approve your abstract.
  • If you need assistance or have any questions regarding the submission of your abstract, please contact the NVvTG conference committee.
  • You will receive confirmation by email upon successful submission.
  • Please notice that an abstract submission is not a conference registration.
